Karen’s credentials highlight her experience and accomplishments in the corporate and photographic world. She was once managing photo editor of Corbis Corporation, one of the largest photo stock agencies in the world, and photo editor of National Geographic Television. She did photo editing work for the SmithsonianMuseum, U.S. Information Agency, U.S. News and World Report and many other media and corporate organizations. Karen was also former chapter president of the American Society of Picture Professionals, a fellow of The Explorers Club and long-time member of the National Press Photographers Association. Her photo-documentary work brought her to expeditions in China, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Melanesia, among other places.
